  • What if I don’t like my picture?
    If you want to take another photo, you can attend retake day at your school or book an appointment to come into the studio to have the photo retaken for a minimum photography fee.
  • How do I view my images?
    Visit https://www.srphoto.com/order-photos and enter your online code to access your photo gallery.
  • Will I receive a copy of my student’s class photo?
    Each school is different. You can reference your school's order form or feel free to email us at info@srphoto.com for assistance.
  • How do I choose my yearbook pose?
    Log in to the online gallery to view and select your desired pose. If logging in by a computer, select the link that says ‘Choose Yearbook Pose’. If logging in by mobile device, find the menu icon indicated by three horizontal lines and select ‘Choose Yearbook Pose’. Make sure to confirm your selection by the deadline indicated in the online gallery. If you don’t select a pose, our staff will choose an image for the yearbook on your behalf.
  • When will I see my images?
    Images are typically posted online 2-3 weeks after they are taken. You will receive an email notifying you when they are available.
  • How can I combine my orders to avoid multiple shipping fees?
    Log in to your first online photo gallery and add the items you want to your cart. Then, click on the 'View Another Gallery' link at the top. Enter the online code from your email or printed order form to add more items to your cart. Once all your items are added, click 'Continue to Checkout' to complete your order.
  • What’s the difference between Glamour Retouching and Blemish Retouching?
    Glamour Retouching will soften the skin (like an airbrush effect) while Blemish Retouching will remove any acne or blemishes from the skin.
  • Will I get an email when the pictures become available?
    If the school has supplied us with emails, we will send an email blast as soon as the pictures become available.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If you are unsatisfied with your printed product in any way, return it to the address below within 30 days of the shipping date for a full credit. Stuart-Rodgers Photography Attn: Refund Request 2504 Green Bay Road Evanston, IL 60201. We do not offer refund or exchanges on Digital Files. Refunds, credits or exchanges are not available for orders that are more than 90 days old.
  • What if I just want a single 5x7 print instead of a sheet with 2- 5x7 prints?
    Our 5x7 prints come in a sheet of 2- 5x7s. We do not offer individual 5x7 prints.
  • Can I order more than one pose in a package?
    All packages include one pose, with the option to add extra poses for an additional fee.
  • What are the expected delivery times for digital files and printed products?
    Printed products are shipped to the address you provided during ordering and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. Digital downloads are delivered within 1-5 business days.
  • How can I order more photos?

  • What’s the difference between a Class Photo and Class Composite?
    A Class Photo is one photo taken of the entire group and a Class Composite is a series of each child’s individual photo with the name underneath put into one 8x10.
  • Do you offer Cap & Gown Portraits?
    Yes, we offer Cap and Gown photos for schools that have provided them to us. Since these images are not required for the yearbook, a session with a cap and gown is available upon request and requires booking a paid session that includes multiple looks.
  • When will I see my images?
    Proofs are posted online 2 weeks after they are taken.

Retake sessions require a photography fee and must be taken by the deadline above if you want to select one of the new photos for the yearbook. Retakes for personal use can be scheduled at any time before graduation
  • Is payment due when booking an appointment?
    To book an appointment, we require a credit card on file. However, certain schools offer complimentary portrait sessions. Payment is only necessary if you opt for a premium session or if our Reschedule, No Show, Cancel, or Change Policy is not followed.

  • What can I expect during and after my portrait session?
    Once you've booked your appointment, arrive dressed and ready to capture your senior portrait. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start. Our talented photographer will make you feel comfortable and work to capture your true essence. After your session, your photos will be available in your personal online photo gallery approximately two weeks later. Keep an eye on yearbook deadlines to select your preferred pose. If you’re satisfied with our selection, we’ll submit it for the yearbook on your behalf. You can place orders anytime, and your images will remain online typically until the end of the school year for viewing and personal orders.
  • Do you offer retouching? What kind of retouching is offered?
    Yes, retouching services are available for purchase. We offer a range of services including teeth whitening, clothing correction, basic retouching, stray hair adjustment, glare removal for glasses and braces retouching. To view pricing, please log in to your photo gallery, select a product, and proceed with the next steps. If you wish to order retouching for your yearbook pose, please ensure your order is submitted before the yearbook deadline.
